Refunds and Returns Policy
Because our products are made with care and many are created specifically for each customer, we ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom, non-personalized items:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will correct it at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 609 E. 4th St., Cortez, CO 81321
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
