Approval

I work with real wood, which means natural variations in grain, knots, color, and bark are expected and embraced. These characteristics make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

Turnaround Time

Custom orders typically take 5-7 days after design approval. Larger or more detailed projects may require additional time. I’ll always communicate timelines clearly before starting.
